This panel contains maintenance and recovery actions. Export a backup before replacing or resetting settings.
Emergency access
Keep the private emergency login link current before protecting login or wp-admin. Treat it like a password and replace it if exposed.
Settings tools

| Network wide settings | Shares settings across a multisite network when shown in Network Admin. |
| Export settings | Downloads a portable backup without provider secrets intended to remain private. |
| Import settings | Replaces compatible settings from a reviewed export. |
| Reset settings | Restores plugin defaults after confirmation. |
| Emergency access | Creates or replaces the private recovery path for admin access. |
Import and reset can materially change protection. Keep an export and test access in a private window after saving.
