These Terms & Conditions are an agreement between you and IDEOLOGIX MEDIA DOOEL ("IdeoLogix Media", "we," "our," "us"), a company registered in North Macedonia at Ul. Ilindenska 10, 6250 Kichevo, North Macedonia. IdeoLogix Media operates IP Location Block, including the website at iplocationblock.com, the customer portal at app.iplocationblock.com, the geolocation API and the IP Location Block WordPress plugin (together, the "services"). When you register for or use the services, your contract is with IdeoLogix Media.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing or using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. Your continued use of the services means you agree to the version of these terms in effect at that time. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the services.

2. Description of Services

IP Location Block provides a geolocation blocking service and WordPress plugin that lets businesses control access to their websites based on visitor location. The services include country blocking, state and region blocking, and a geolocation API with free and paid usage plans.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or API key has been compromised.

4. Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the services in accordance with these terms. The services may be used on adult sites, provided all content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

You must not use the services to:

• break any law or regulation, or support criminal activity such as fraud, identity theft or the distribution of illegal content;
• send spam, run phishing or deceptive schemes, or distribute malware;
• infringe the intellectual property or other rights of anyone else;
• interfere with, probe or disrupt the security, integrity or performance of the services, or access them other than through the interfaces we provide;
• share, resell or publish API keys, or work around usage limits, rate limits or plan restrictions.

5. Payment and Billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment-related customer service inquiries, invoices and returns; we handle support for the services themselves.

Paid plans are sold as monthly or yearly subscriptions or as one-time purchases, at the prices shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Payments are also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The services, including all software, content, features and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of IdeoLogix Media and its licensors. The IP Location Block WordPress plugin is distributed under its own open-source license, which governs your use of the plugin code. Our trademarks, logos and service marks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services, with or without notice, if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, create a security or fraud risk, or use the services in a way that is unlawful or harmful to other users, us or third parties. You may stop using the services and close your account at any time.

8. Service Availability and Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components, or that geolocation data will be accurate for every IP address.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IdeoLogix Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the services, unauthorized access to our servers, transmission interruptions, bugs, viruses or errors in content.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes related to them or to the services are governed by the laws of North Macedonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will give at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. Continuing to use the services after the new terms take effect means you accept them.
