Advanced mode Start with Simple mode

This panel controls public-facing requests. The public matching rule can follow the base Validation rules or use its own country and state or region list.

Public access and matching

Advanced public access and country matching controls — Public blocking and cache bypass are independent from the selected matching policy.

Blocked response and targets

Use All requests for site-wide protection. Specify targets only when the rule should apply to selected pages, post types, categories, or tags.

Advanced public blocked response and request targeting controls — Target selectors appear when Specify the targets is selected.

Bot protection

Use maintained presets first, then add explicit rules when needed. HOST allow rules require reverse DNS lookup to verify the crawler.

Advanced recommended bot presets — The catalog separates search, feed, social, AI, and scraper policies.
