Version 1.4.1 refines how the redesigned admin introduces itself and Native Mode.
Highlights
- Release notes on fresh installs only: Existing sites no longer see the release notes panel after an update, on single sites and across a network.
- Quieter Native Mode suggestion: Simple Mode now presents Native Mode as a compact, optional suggestion with a link to the documentation. Hiding it applies to all administrators on the site and stays in effect after updates.
- Clean uninstall: Uninstalling now clears the stored release notes panel state, so a later reinstall is treated as a first install again.
Compatibility
- Requires WordPress 6.5 or newer and PHP 8.1 or newer. No settings changes are needed.
