I expect this would be the final version which would be released before 0.3.0.0. To put it in other words, this version includes some crucial features towards 0.3.0.0 for both protection ability and performance of speed. So I strongly hope every user update to this version!

I know IP Location Block still has some compatibility issues between 0.2.2.9.1 and 3.0.0. So I’ve dedicated my time and energy in solving them. In this release note, I’d introduce some of them that have been solved along with some new features.
